After purchasing a license at staffhq.net, activate your key at dash.staffhq.net/license/success. Once activated, go to Settings and generate a Plugin-type API key. Download the jar from Settings, place it in your server's plugins folder, start the server, then edit plugins/StaffHQ/config.yml with your API key and restart. You should see "[StaffHQ] Connected to dashboard" in the console and your server appear on the Servers page.

How do I set up the discord bot?

The StaffHQ Discord bot is open source at github.com/AkidHunter/staffhq-bot. Setup steps will be in that repo's README.
Key points: The bot needs Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History, and View Channels permissions (no admin needed). Your license includes 1 Discord guild for Starter, 2 for Pro, and 5 for Max.
You can also use optional managed hosting (£2.99/month) to skip self-hosting. If you want that, it's an add-on at checkout.
